It has celebrity makeup artist, Sam Fine's fabulous tips on how to master and perfect new CoverGirl Smoky Shadowblast eyeshadow combinations. These colors will take you from day to night real quick with rich and bold colors like beautiful "Tempest Blue" and attention commanding "Silver Sky".
I have decided to try them out this week! I will keep you girls posted on what comes of my "Queen Experiment". I must say, I love all the colors so if this goes according to plan, it could be alot of fun!
